Earlier today I noticed that some stores have made some cost-cutting steps in order to ease through the economic crunch. Macy’s, one of the largest retail stores in the U.S., has even seen a bleak Holiday season and Circuit City as well as other electronic stores have announced that they will be closing some stores.
Tough luck, the crunch is being felt by a lot of people nowadays. But, personally, I myself am tightening up a bit by saving up my money for the day after Thanksgiving sale, popularly known as black friday. I’ve been dropping by Black-Friday.net in order to see which stores will have good deals online, and also looking at some stores that might have merchandise that may make good gifts for Christmas. I think it’s good to purchase the gifts by then coz I will be able to pick through the most special gifts and actually get a discount, rather than endure the high price that usually adds up as the 25th nears.
I check on the site hoping to find Game Stop deals for games so I could just give them as presents to my nieces and nephews on a per family basis which would be more cost-effective than buying gifts for each. That’s a tip I can give you.
